Workshop Calendar 2021
Workshops are open to everyone, though some movement experience is helpful for Strata - Autobiographical Movement. If further details of an event are available, click on the workshop name to see them. The Google Calendar shows all workshops chronologically.
These are five workshops in the annual Move into Life cycle. Read more about the cycle. You don't need to attend the whole cycle or attend workshops 'in order'.
Project Group
The Move into Life Project Group - a one-year, movement-based, closed group - runs throughout 2020/2021. For outline information look here and to enquire about future groups, please contact me. |
Movement retreats
...are possible at different times of year at Westhay (coronavirus restrictions permitting). Stay in the self-contained, self-catering studio, move/write/paint/reflect in the garden and surrounding fields, woods and beach, and arrange occasional movement/practice sessions with me. Details. |
