MOVING FASCIA
|
Moving FasciaAna will explore fascia as a tissue of reciprocity – responsive to pressure, movement and breath – while moving through different fascial territories and becoming interested in texture, density, space and relationship.
How do these qualities influence our movement and the way we inhabit inner space? And how does the quality of our tissue change as we move, sense and pay attention? There will be time to enquire, witness, dialogue and exchange. The work is not looking for particular outcomes or prescribed ways of moving. The invitation is to pay attention from within, allowing sensation and the changing quality of our fabric to inform the exploration. This weekend has grown through Ana’s relationship with Sandra and her experience of Move into Life and the Amerta lineage, opening a curiosity about what might emerge when these different perspectives on movement and relationship are brought into dialogue. |
