What’s Arising?
Morning Movement and Meditation Sessions Dates: Thursday mornings: 13th October - 15th December (10 sessions) 13, 20 October (no session on 27th) 3, 10, 17, 24 November 1, 8, 15 December Time: 8.30 am – 9.45 am (For anyone with experience of Move into Life and Amerta Movement) Please drop in for any session(s) you would like to attend. |

These sessions start with a 45-minute guided movement practice based on what's arising for me and within the group.
There is then a silent transition into a 30-minute meditation for those who would like to sit together (or you are welcome to slip out at that point).
The Zoom room will open at 8.10 with a cup of tea for those who would like to settle in and to say hello. At 8.30 we begin moving and the session will finish immediately after the meditation.
These sessions are an offering to our community. No restriction on numbers and no charge.
Please feel free to join for any sessions you would like. No need to book.
