Morning Movement and Meditation Sessions Dates: Thursday mornings: 21st January - 25th March (10 sessions) 21,28 January 4,11, 18, 25 February 4, 11,18, 25 March Time: 8.30 am – 9.45 am (For anyone with experience of Move into Life and Amerta Movement) Please drop in for any session(s) you would like to attend. |

Location: Zoom
These sessions start with a 45-minute guided movement practice based around an aspect of practice as well as working with the movements that arise at the time within the group.
There will be a silent transition into a 30-minute meditation for those who would like to sit together (or you are welcome to slip out at that point).
The Zoom room will open at 8.10 with a cup of tea for those who would like to settle in and to say hello. At 8.30 we begin moving and the session will finish immediately after the meditation.
These sessions are an offering to our community at this time. No restriction on numbers and no charge.
