Me , You, Us , Them: Patterns of life
Date: 11th-12th March 2017 Location: Wootton Fitzpaine, West Dorset This workshop is to investigate how you position yourself in relation to others in your environment. It is an opportunity to reconsider those words ‘me, you, us, them’ through noticing those patterns in your movement that keep you within a certain furrow of action and reaction and to work out how to ‘widen the field’ so that you can move towards a condition of gently informed choice and response in your communication with others. The two Movement & Communication workshops this year have specific themes. You can attend either or both. If you attend both I will suggest an ongoing practice for the 2 months between workshops, which has been a useful focus in previous years.
By following physical sensations in movement , you will be guided to explore and become aware of:
Hours: 10am - 5pm each day (1 hour for lunch) APPROX
