RELATIONAL RESILIENCE: Movement & Communication Workshop
Date: 4th-5th February 2023
Location: Wootton Fitzpaine, West Dorset Life is relationship - every moment is a co-creation. If that is true, then we are never wholly responsible and we are never uninvolved. As we begin to understand how deeply interconnected we all are, and how fragile the idea of an individual really is, one crucial question is: How can I ‘follow my line’, in full embodied awareness of the needs of the planet, of other species and of other humans, cultivating a spirit of reciprocity, honesty and care which is vital for regeneration? A belief in the dynamics of ‘co-creation’ informs this workshop, which may provide a different perspective for those of you working with groups and individuals. |
“I would describe Move into Life as an immersion in movement which awakens patterns of behaviour but also reveals new ways of being in the world through contact with myself, others and the environment.”
