Ecological Body: Ecological Movement with Sandra Reeve A week-long workshop for those who would like an intensive period of movement practice, mainly outdoors. Change is the only constant in our lives. Through ecological movement we look at our relationship to change and we learn to feel ourselves as one part of the changing circumstances rather than ‘above’ or ‘outside’ of change. We hold deeply held beliefs in our movement patterns and through awareness in movement we can steadily expand our choices around those beliefs. See more details and book a place. |
