I am delighted to be hosting this workshop with Ajahn Jutindharo, who studied for several years with Suprapto Suryodarmo, assisting him in workshops at Borobodur Temple, Central Java.
This meditation/movement-in-daily-life retreat will be informed by Theravada Buddhist practice, and Ajahn's experience with movement work and other disciplines.
Some experience of Move into Life/Amerta Movement work advisable.
