This is the first of two Movement and Communication workshops running over two weekends in 2015. The Movement and Communication workshops this year are based around specific themes. You can attend either or both workshops. If you attend both I will be suggesting an ongoing practice for the month, leading up to the second workshop, which has proved a useful focus for previous participants.

This first workshop will offer an exploration of the differences between frames, borders, boundaries and thresholds in movement as a way of becoming more aware of our habitual attitudes within relationships and of  how we communicate with our environment and with each other. 

This practice cultivates spaciousness, congruence and clarity in communication.
