This is the second of two Movement and Communication workshops running over two weekends in 2015. The Movement and Communication workshops this year are based around specific themes. You can attend either or both workshops. If you attend both I will be suggesting an ongoing practice for the month, leading up to the second workshop, which has proved a useful focus for previous participants.

Positioned on the shifting threshold of our inner and outer landscapes, we move with each other; sometimes giving more value to our inner worlds, sometimes fascinated by the world outside and by other people. 

This second workshop cultivates spontaneous awareness and aware spontaneity in movement with others and respecting context. We explore the continuum between visible and invisible, seen and not seen to find out where we are comfortable and happy to move from alone and with others.
