A popular, outdoors, environmental movement workshop held on the shoreline under Golden Cap near Charmouth and led by Sandra Reeve.

  • What happens when you move by the sea?
  • How do the sounds, smells and textures affect you?
  • How do you respond to being by the sea, with nothing to do except move and witness?
  • How does your movement respond to the time and weather?
  • How do your moods respond to change?  Where does your attention take you?
  • Where do you feel vulnerable or excited; safe or tired?
  • What do you notice?   What do you overlook?
  • Where do you find stillness? What disrupts?  What can you learn from others moving nearby?

This workshop is run at Charmouth – on the almost deserted beach, shingle and rocks under Golden Cap. The workshop (nearly all outdoors) is open to adults of all ages. No previous experience needed. It is popular with performers, teachers, therapists and health practitioners, and anyone interested in just moving/being on the shoreline.

Cost: £120 for the weekend (excluding accommodation). Concessions available.
