Stillness within Movement
Dates: 28th - 29th October, 2017 Location: Wootton Fitzpaine, West Dorset Earlybird cost: £100 This is a workshop to explore: ...movement as the embodiment of who you are at any given moment ...movement as the interface between your inner life and the outside world. Come and find, through your movement, the spaciousness inside and outside through which and around which you express your being in movement. As your body moves through place, learn to connect to the stillness of the flow of spaciousness. And see how your movement gives shape and character to your moment-by-moment experience of living. This workshop focuses on the practice of stillness within movement and will include an investigation of relaxation as well as moments of meditation. Early Bird Discount: £100 if you book before September 30th (I can book good value self-catering accommodation for you – twin bed or single rooms). After September 30th the cost is £110. A £50 deposit secures your place.
